Field
Field Technical Advisor (FTA)
Oversee field hardware and software. Ensure the competition field runs smoothly throughout the event.

Head Referee
Lead the referee team. Make final rulings on game rules and ensure fair, consistent match play.

Assistant Referee (×2)
Watch the field during matches, call penalties, and support the Head Referee in real-time decisions.
Scoring
Scorekeeper / AV
Operate the scoring system and manage audio-visual equipment including displays and live results.
Field
Robot Inspector (×2)
Inspect every robot before competition to ensure compliance with size, weight, and safety rules.
Event
Emcee
Host the event! Keep energy high, announce matches, introduce teams, and guide the audience through the day.

Pit Admin (×2)
Manage the pit area. Help teams find their spaces, coordinate practice time, and handle logistics.

Registration (×2)
Welcome teams at arrival. Handle check-in, distribute materials, and answer initial questions.
Support
Hospitality Lead
Coordinate meals, snacks, and drinks for teams, volunteers, and guests throughout the event day.

Media / Photo
Capture photos and video throughout the event for social media, sponsors, and post-event communications.

Awards Lead
Coordinate the awards ceremony. Prepare trophies, manage the sequence, and ensure a memorable closing.

Get your volunteer guide with role-specific instructions, get coached by FTC experienced mentors, event schedule, venue map, and what to bring on the day.

July 17 (Eve)
Optional setup session at TagusPark. Help build the competition field, set up pits, and prepare signage.

July 18 — Event Day
Arrive by 07:30 for briefing. Your role lead will guide you through the day. Meals and refreshments provided.

After the Event
Receive a certificate of appreciation, event photos, and a digital volunteer badge. Stay connected for future events.
